We missed a very special birthday this week, so today we’re taking a moment to celebrate our beloved Brooke!

She’s probably going to kill me when she sees this because she’s never been one to seek the spotlight, but if anyone deserves to be recognized, it’s her.

With over 15 years of grooming experience, Brooke has always had a deep connection not only with dogs, but with animals of all kinds. She has an incredible ability to earn the trust of every pet that lands on her table, and the compassion and patience she shows them is something truly special to witness.

Her knowledge of dogs, grooming, behavior, health, and handling is unmatched, but what makes Brooke so valuable is the way she so freely shares that knowledge with everyone around her. Whether she’s helping a coworker, teaching a new technique, answering questions, or simply stepping in when someone needs support, she is always willing to lend a hand.

She is an exceptional groomer, an incredible teacher, a trusted friend, and a teammate we can always count on. Grooming alongside someone with her talent, experience, and heart is a privilege, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to our team each and every day.

oday we have TWO birthdays to celebrate — yesterday was Miss Kyla’s birthday, and today is Miss Kaydee’s! 🎉

One fun fact you may not know: these girls aren’t just almost birthday twins… they’re first cousins, too!

Miss Kyla may occasionally disappear on adventures to the BVI or Canada, but when she’s here with us, she’s creating the cutest faces on every pup that lands on her table. She’s kind, generous, and absolutely the “mom friend” of the group — if you need ibuprofen, Tums, allergy medicine, or literally anything, Kyla has you covered. She loves her family fiercely and absolutely adores her doodle, Waffles. 🐾

And then there’s our sweet Kaydee! With her veterinary medicine background, she’s the one we all turn to for any vet-related questions. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. She’s also a mama to two special needs pups — Karma, who is blind, and her recently adopted doodle, Birdie. Caring for even one special needs pet takes an enormous heart, and Kaydee does it with so much love and patience every single day.

While Kaydee may be newer to grooming, her talent far exceeds her years behind the table. Watching both of these girls grow into the incredible groomers they are today has been such a joy. They each bring something so special to our team, and we’re beyond lucky to have them both.

🙈 I’m a little late, but better late than never! Today we wanna celebrate one of the most important people behind the scenes at Bark — our incredible front desk manager, Brittany. 🐾

If you’ve ever called, texted, walked through our doors, checked in for an appointment, or picked up your pup with ease, chances are Brittany played a huge part in making that happen. She is one of the very first faces you and your dogs see when you walk in, always greeting everyone with a smile while somehow juggling a million responsibilities at once.

From managing calls, messages, booking appointments, scheduling, paperwork, client communication, organizing the lobby and groom floor, writing the chalkboard, keeping supplies stocked, making bows, tracking down fabrics, and making sure the entire shop runs smoothly day in and day out — Brittany truly does it all. And she does it with an unmatched level of dedication and care.

She can be stern at times, but it comes from how deeply she cares about this business, our team, and every single pet and client who walks through our doors. She works her literal tail off every single day and carries an incredible amount of responsibility and pressure with strength and consistency. She is dependable beyond words, and someone we can always count on to do what is best for Bark.

The amount of love, effort, and heart she pours into her job often goes unseen, but it never goes unnoticed. We truly could not do this without her.

Happy belated Birthday, Brit! Thank you for everything you do for Bark, our team, and all the pets you love so much. We appreciate you more than words can say. 💛
