Piper, the Dachshund puppy, did si well on her field trip to DICK's Sporting Goods. She excels at her distance stays and coming when called. She was a little nervous with people, as she is so small and everyone hovers over her. We were able to have several people toss her treats to help her form positive associations to strangers. She had a great time and we are so proud of her progress!

🐶Are you looking to strengthen the bond with your dog? Trick training is a great way to bond with your dog while exercising their mind and body. This workshop is for dogs and puppies of all ages, starting as young as 10 weeks of age. We will cover exciting tricks such as: Spin, bow, jump through a hoop, say your prayers, cop cop, back up, leg weave, paws up, play dead, shake, perch work, pedestal, touch. The cost is $45/dog.

Roux, the 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy, is here to say with Vikki for another round of our board & train program! He stayed with us in April and his pet parents were so impressed with his training when they picked him up that they booked another stay for him while they enjoy a vacation. He has maintained his basic training. We will be adding distance and distractions to his obedience cues during his stay. We are excited to continue his education!

😍Piper, the Dachshund puppy, rocked her field trip to the Sit Happens Training Center! She did amazing practicing her obedience cues in a new environment. She also discovered her love for the flirt pole. Great job, Piper!

📅Join us for our next PUPPY PLAY TIME on Tuesday, June 9th @ 7:30 pm!
🐶Puppy Play Time is a great way to expose your puppies to different textures, sounds, handling skills, and play in a controlled and safe environment. Puppy Play Time is open to puppies ages 10 weeks to 5 months. The cost is $25/puppy.

Pete, the 3 year old rescue dog, is currently enrolled in private training lessons with Vikki for behavior modification....

Pete, the 3 year old rescue dog, is currently enrolled in private training lessons with Vikki for behavior modification. We have completed 4 lessons at our Training Center and will now begin working on training in public environments. Pete is a fearful dog. Utilizing positive reinforcement training and behavioral medicstion from his veterinarian Pete is greatly reducing his generalized fear and gaining confidence. His owners will be moving to a big city at the end of the summer and have been proactive starting training early to help him transition smoothly. He's doing fantastic and we love working with him!

Piper, the Dachshund puppy, is making phenomenal progress during her board and train stay with Vikki. At first, she was not a fan of grass, much less the wet grass. Now she is doing great pottying in the grass and even working hard on her training in it. Greay job, Piper!
