We know there’s nothing humorous about a broken humerus but we can’t help but giggle that Laura’s kitten always looks like she wants to ask the teacher a question.😆 It always seems to be our own pets that get themselves into the most trouble, but Mae Mei is adjusting to her new splint and on her way to a quick recovery!❤️‍🩹

Summer is here and temperatures are rising!☀️ That can only mean one thing, heat stroke season is upon us!🥵

Heat stroke can be very scary and ultimately, deadly. Here are some ways you can prevent heat stroke from happening.

1. Limit outdoor time to earlier mornings and later evenings
2. Never leave your pet in a parked vehicle
3. Avoid midday heat
4. Skip vigorous play/heavy runs on extremely hot and humid days
5. Keep flat faced breeds indoors as much as possible

If you ever believe your pet is experiencing signs of heat stroke contact your veterinarian or emergency vet as soon as possible!

Laura is back and it’s as if she’s never been gone! Things always have a way of working out and we believe everything happens for a reason, we’re just so happy that she was lead back to us!
