GEAR— One of the hardest, busiest and most fun shows of the year. The weather was finally beautiful!! Everyone who showed had a ton of improvements from past shows.

The wins were plentiful this weekend but the sportsmanship from each of you was absolutely amazing. From sharing and switching horses around whenever needed to cheering on friends from the stands and helping each other be ready to show. The love you guys all have for each other is awesome and it truly melts my heart seeing how our village is put together. And how much they care and help each other.

Keystone Appaloosa Classic - we had 12 horses, 15 students and amazing family support. It was another gross weather weekend but everyone smiled and pushed through it all!!

The internal drive that comes from each of our students is absolutely amazing. Every one of these kids push themselves and others to be the best that they can be. They all work so well together whether it be bridling, helping with patterns or just supporting from in and out of the arena. The sportsmanship from this crew is awesome!!!

Ranch and Open breed horse shows at the Sussex county fairgrounds—-what can I say they are some of the busiest, best, most trying horse shows of the season. But they can be the most rewarding and relaxing as well. Seeing the kids have fun learning how to do duck calls, laugh, play and compete at top level is exactly what it is all about. The weather was beautiful and the competition fierce but we persevered and did amazing. Horse show 1 of 4 in a row is over and we couldn’t be prouder! What a weekend!! We had so, so, so many changes in our teams this weekend and everyone was there to work their hineys off!!! It is very nerve wracking to be in those big rings all by yourself at this show and the weather yesterday didn’t give us much help.

The leadliners who showed in the rain yesterday and then worked hard today, even when I try to throw them over onto their head. You guys were awesome and you didn’t get too muddy waiting!!!

The youth and 11 and under kiddos you all went out there by yourselves and showed us all you can do it, you are learning so much and are going to be unstoppable!!

The limited, open and novice walk trotters pushing you to the next level didn’t slow you down. You have made the step up and showed up in the arena and with your horses at the barn.

To the students that moved up to the lope division to be with the big kids. You guys have worked your butt off and it shows. The older girls have been working hard as always and you are giving them a run for their money for sure. But those older girls will not stop and you will have to keep going!!!

To everyone who lent a helping hand with cleaning stalls, watering, haying, graining, getting hot cocoa, food, water, offering blankets, jackets and then today with water and sunscreen thank you!! We would not be able to do it without all of our extra moms you guys totally make the difference on the weekend being very enjoyable!!!

Congratulations to everyone!! You guys did amazing…here is hoping the weather helps us out at the next shows!!!!!

It was a great weekend with lots of wins and tons of growth through everyone! Every time we go to a show the amount that each and everyone of you guys help each other and the teamwork that is displayed amazes me. That is what horses and being part of this group is all about. Thank you to everyone who grabbed food, helped with poles and moving cones and everything else in between. Great job everyone!!!

What a way to start 2026!!! Thank you to everyone who came to show, support and help this weekend in the cold. The weekend was amazing. Only got to get one picture of the group but it was a good one! Congratulations to everyone!

A huge thank you to everyone who lended a hand at the gate, announcing, ring crew, barn crew you all made this weekend go so smooth we absolutely couldn’t have done it without you!
