Hot weather policy.
Unfortunately we do business in a steal building with minimum insulation, that being said we did double our building ACs over the last year and today we pulled out a stand alone unit and we were able to finish out our first totally hot day of the season with no issues and all below 80°! Pet and employee safty will always be number one with us so we monitor the indoor temperature very closely. We shift our summer booking to no med -xl dogs after noon to cut down the heat and humidity from drying, we keep our big fans and ACs going to keep all the air moving to make it even more comfortable and as always keeping our appointments to straight through services means no one's just sitting around! In the case that the back room hits an uncomfortable temperature we would call as quickly as possible to reschedule. There is also no problem if its just to hot for you to feel comfortable bringing your dog out and need to reschedule, we just ask you to call and let us know ASAP. Heres to a great summer!

Thank you to everyone who helpped us try out the new number system tonight... lots of learning curves and a few little hiccups and everyone with positive additudes! Going forward somewhere by the door will be our Grab A Number Sign near the door, maybe on it or attached somewhere by it (this was our hardest hurdle) there is a Now Serving sign. Grab a number, stay in your cars enjoying your AC and saving your pups paws from our burning asphalt drive way untill your number pops up! (( Please also dont forget to give our numbers back, we realized we are so busy we already let two number go home on the first night 😅 )) hopefully this keeps us from having to close when it gets hot this summer.

For those that are curious a GIANT part of our move to this number system is that out lobby will be going through a bit of a downsize and getting cut down to about half of what it is now... on a positive note its because we need room to add our 4th table as Alina moves into her practicals of her apprenticeship into grooming!!

Congradulations to the class of 2026 and especially to our very own Alex and Colton. These boys have been with us since year one!
They will be training our next batch of sunday high schoolers over the next few weeks and then Colton will be headed into the construction field while Alex will come on as full time staff as he starts his apprenticeship to become a dog groomer! We are so incredibly proud of them both!
