I’ve been trying to find the right words to make this post, because this one really hurts. 💔
It’s been about a week since one of my sweet clients, Brûlée, crossed the rainbow bridge, and I’ve been thinking about her so much.
I had the privilege of caring for Brûlée almost every month at one point. Over time, she became so much more than a client. I got to know her little personality, her routines, her quirks, and all the little things that made her special. She became one of those dogs that I genuinely looked forward to seeing. 🥺🐾
One of the hardest parts of being a pet sitter is that you don’t just care for people’s animals—you form bonds with them. You watch them grow, you become part of their routine, and somewhere along the way, they become a little piece of your heart.
I’m so thankful I got to spend so much time with sweet Brûlée and love on her. I know she was deeply loved by her family, and I hope they know how much she was loved by me, too. ❤️
If everyone could please say a prayer for Brûlée’s family, I would truly appreciate it. They are taking her loss very hard, and I know they could use some extra love, comfort, and prayers right now. 🙏🏻❤️
Run free, sweet girl. 🌈🐾
Thank you for letting me be part of your life, Brûlée. You will always be one of the special ones. 💕
