Longer video, but this is Day 3 or working on Left and Right BACKS with Crush. He’s so biddable and easy to train. Barely have to raise my voice to make a correction. He’s showing great drive and learning without any e-collar or force fetch.

Officially introducing our new stud dog, TDF’s Rocky Rogue Crush! A ton of time, energy, and money has gone into getting Crush to the point that we can call him a stud dog. He came from a specially selected AI stud breeding (from our friends at Paragon Retrievers & Gun Dogs) to our highest pedigreed female (shared with Berry Creek Labs & Cocker Spaniels). He was truly a collaboration between friends. A thorough bio will be available on the website soon.

Ya’ll meet Chia, our keeper pup out of the Glen/June litter. She’s the runt and a little firecracker, her best friend is a cat who doesn’t like her, and she gets the zoomies every 15 seconds.

Crush (TDF Rocky Rogue Crush) is due to get his hips and elbows scored next week. With a little luck, he will be our next Stud Dog. His calm demeanor, love of people, biddability, natural hold, excellent pedigree, and just the right amount of GO have us excited about his future.

New photos from Bert White of our stud dogs starting with The Big Machine! Red is available for stud to approved British females. He provides some zip, drive, bone structure, and a bit of hard headedness to pups.
