It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the lost of our matriarch, Remi. She had been going down hill this past year but progressed quickly the last few days. You look at her and you wont see fancy titles or big hunts with strapes full of ducks, but what u will see is the sweetest most loving snuggle bear there ever was. She not only raised pups of her own but also touched the lives of all of the puppies and dogs that have wagged thier way around our kennel and home. She was never meant to be a hunting dog, but when we lost her dad unexpectedly she stepped up and did her best to fill his shoes. Training and working with her slowly led me down the road I am taking today. She will be missed beyond measure but we are happy that she is finally at peace.

Chief earned two started passes which earned his started title as well.

Back in Brilliant for Black Warrior Retriever Clubs Master test.

This mornings setup is short, simple denial singles. We are trying to tighten up on some things from this past weekends hunt test. Creeping, happy feet at the line, and head swing before the mark comes out were issues we saw. So any of that and we will pick up the mark and run it again until all 3 marks are picked up clean. Then run the blind.
