Named for our beloved daughters, our herd strives to raise quality dairy goats using natural methods and organic feed when possible.

Hatched early April by local NPIP farm

Trying this again since we've had no one follow through on the roosters. We're thinning back to a more minimalist flock (by our standards) as we look forward to a new addition next spring. 👶

These birds are adorable and funny, we really enjoyed raising them but have to think about how practical they are in our flock of full size chickens. I don't currently want to have separate coops set up for groups like this.

Salsa canning weekend has arrived! 🍅🌶

Brad is the gardener around here and I care for the animals but we both have a common goal every year - to grow all the main ingredients for canning our family's supply of salsa for the year, plus some to share with friends.

Peppers, onions, and garlic have been prepped. Around 70 lbs of tomatoes have come out of the freezer to be dunked in hot water and skinned. At least twice as many tomatoes are still in the freezer. It's going to be a busy weekend. 😅

Mini Nubian doe and doeling PAIR.

Looking to find a herd that's a good fit for our sweet 3 year old, 2nd freshener, Tootsie and her stunning doeling that was born at the end of April. Only parting with them to trim the herd before the arrival of our next (human) baby so hard cuts need to be made to make my workload manageable.

Tootsie raised twins as well as being milked this season and is still providing milk for her daughter though I carefully dried her off on the other side after her boy weaned.

I have sold my mini Nubian herd sire so I can only offer Tootsie open and ready to breed at this time.

Tootsie is an F3 American Mini Nubian and I've already submitted papers for her daughter who will be an F4. These ladies are only available as a pair.

Our herd, including Tootsie, tested clean for CL, CAE, Johnes and Q Fever this June.

Group 1:

5 BYM, black hens that will turn 1 year old this October. All started laying this summer, all lay some shade of tan, cream or light brown.
T E N each.

Group 2:

3 Starlight Green Eggers (2 lay green, one lays tan with pretty white speckles) plus one Americana that lays teal. These ladies all turned 2 years old in July, a couple of them are starting their molt or just got broken from being broody but I've been seeing eggs from the others. F I V E each.

Take all 9 for S I X T Y

Prefer to keep groups together, they've been in flocks together but can break into smaller groups if needed as long as they all end up with a friend to go with.

Raised holistically, fed organic, recently dual dewormed. Adults in our herd were tested and clean in June, 2026 for CL, CAE, Johnes and Q Fever.

These 4 boys are sweet, disbudded and I'm willing to make deals on multiples. 2 are full brothers, all have been raised together.
