🐾🚨 PLEASE HELP US FIND OUT IF THESE TWO SWEET BOYS HAVE A FAMILY! 🚨🐾

💔 These two fluffy boys were scanned at the vet’s office, but unfortunately, neither had a microchip. They are neutered. We’re hoping someone recognizes them and can help us reunite them with a family who may be missing them!

We went to set traps after a homeowner alerted us that two fluffy newcomers had taken over the outdoor cats’ shelter and feeding station. The homeowner’s previously TNRed community cats had stopped coming around, apparently displaced by their new squatters!

We expected to find feral cats, but instead, we discovered two surprisingly friendly boys! 🐱💙

Sadly, both boys looked pretty beat up. Their long hair is matted, they had ticks, fleas, cuts, and patches of missing fur. 💔 We can only imagine what these sweet boys may have been through and how long they might have been roaming outdoors.

🐾 THE GRAY TABBY: A handsome, fluffy gray tabby with white paws who approached us readily. He had previously been spotted roaming near Masthope’s Four Corners entrance and the Aqua site on Falling Waters.

🐾 THE BLACK FLUFFY BOY: This handsome fellow needed a little encouragement (and some tasty treats!) to come closer. He had two deep puncture wounds, and the vet suspects he may have been attacked by a coyote. He was treated with antibiotics for his injuries. 💔 We’re so relieved he is now safe and receiving care!

📍 WHERE THEY WERE FOUND: Westcolang Road, outside Masthope’s main entrance toward the lake.

❤️ THE GOOD NEWS: Both boys are now safe inside a foster home, where they are receiving the care and attention they need. And the original TNRed cats have returned to their “home” 😻

🙏 DO THESE BOYS LOOK FAMILIAR? Could they be your cats, or do you recognize them from your neighborhood? Despite their rough appearance and injuries, both boys showed signs of being extremely comfortable around people. These were definitely someone’s pets. We want to give them every opportunity to be reunited with a loving family if someone is missing them!

🐾💗 😻 SWEET SASSY SAVVY’S SPAY DAY! 😻 💗🐾

Today, our sweet Savvy had her spay surgery! Savvy is the last of Mama April’s kittens to undergo this important procedure. At just 6 months old, this special girl has already overcome so much. 🐱💕

Because Savvy has severe Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) and experiences tremors, we took extra care in planning her surgery. After consulting with our veterinarian, we decided to wait until she was six months old, following the vet’s recommendation for her spay.

We also chose to have her surgery performed at Wallenpaupack Veterinary Clinic rather than a spay/neuter clinic so she could receive the individualized care and monitoring we felt she deserved. ❤️

And here’s the PURR-fect part! 🐾✨ The funds raised at our Designer Pocketbook Bingo covered Savvy’s veterinary bill! 👜🎟️💗 We turned fabulous bags into aMEOWzing veterinary and essential medical care 👜🐱💗 for one very special kitty🐈💕

Savvy’s journey is a reminder of why we do what we do. Every community cat deserves a chance at a healthy, happy life, regardless of their special needs. 🐾
