UPDATE: The horse has been found. Thank you to all for your help looking and getting the word out.

🚨 PLEASE SHARE: MISSING HORSE IN WILDWOOD 🚨

I just spoke with the owner, and unfortunately the horse is still missing.

Please keep an eye out, especially if you are in the area around Babler State Park, Pond Road, Rieger Road, or the surrounding parts of Wildwood.

The horse is a dapple gray Missouri Fox Trotter gelding and took off from the Babler State Park Equestrian parking lot. He is fully tacked, which should make him fairly easy to identify.

He was last seen near Pond Road and Rieger Road in Wildwood.

If you see him or have any information, please contact Kristen at (513) 602-0902.

Wildwood has such a strong equestrian community. Let’s all keep our eyes open, share this far and wide, and help get this horse safely home.

We will have a stall open for boarding in November 2025 for a well-behaved gelding (unfortunately we have no mare open spots at this time). Fiddle Valley Farm is a peaceful place to board and train; we are a dressage and horsemanship focused barn, with no pressure to compete! If you are interested in more information, please message us to set up a meeting!

We were incredibly spared by the massive storm on Friday night, March 14. We lost limbs, a few fence line spans, and power. All animals and humans were safe. Just .9 miles from the farm was the path of the storm and it now looks unrecognizable.
Thankful to the Ameren crews, the staff of FVF, and all others who helped put it all back together!
