Open for daily visits so everyone can be around and learn about the animals and have fun in the super play areas. Idlewilde Farm Petting Farm is open every day (about 9AM - 8PM). The animal areas and the two, large, fenced-in play areas are open every day. The wonderful, inside play area -with playhouses and more- will be open on the weekends, starting in late June. For outside visits, it's only $

10 a child; Max $20 a family. [Under-2yr non-walkers are free.] For day care and school classes, children are $8 a child and all teachers and other adults free. No need to RSVP for daily visits or small field trips. (Give fees to somebody working on the farm or leave your fees in the fee/donation box by the entrance to the Lower Pasture Play Area.) Message for any questions; although we don't see your messages right-away. Texting to Dennis at 240-682-0520 is also good. Idlewilde Farm Petting Farm () has a free, autism awareness family event on Father's Day Weekend; Saturday, June 20th, from 10:30 to 1:30.
In addition to the animals and both large fenced-in outside play areas, we will open the new, inside play area with playhouses too. Spiderman will be there from about 1100 -1:00. That's going to be super fun!
There will be a few local vendors too. Please bring a picnic lunch and drinks if you want. There will be waters for sale, for your convenience.
This family-fun, autism awareness event is in cooperation with the Accessibility Bridge Corporation (White Plains MD, AccessibilityBridge.Com), and the Charles County Health Dept will have an information table.
Please get one ticket per family vehicle (no buses), and two tickets for a 12-pack van.
** If the ticket-thing doesn't work, or if you forget an email or something, Please come anyway!! If you really want, you can message that you're coming, but it doesn't matter; there will be plenty of room and we want all to have a great time. **

Idlewilde Farm Petting Farm has a free, autism awareness family event on Father's Day Weekend.
The petting farm will be open free for familys on Saturday, June 20th, from 10:30 to 1:30.
In addition to the animals and both fenced-in outside play areas, we will open the new, inside play area with playhouses too. Spiderman will be there from about 1100 -1:00. That's going to be super fun!
Plan for it now, but check back in with us on the Idlewilde Farm page so you can reserve a spot for this free Father's Day weekend family event at the Idlewilde Farm Petting Farm. It is free, but we have to make sure there aren't too many visitors.
