We are proud to be a no-kill shelter and pull from overcrowded shelters and euthanasia lists in the hopes that every cat that longs for a warm bed and family receives one. CatNap is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to creating lifelong relationships between companion animals and their adoptive families. 🐾 An Important Adoption Fee Update—With More Protection Included! 🐾

At CatNap from the Heart, we are always looking for ways to make every adoption safer, easier, and more reassuring for both our animals and their new families.
Beginning September 1, 2026 our kitten and cat adoption fees will be adjusted to reflect the added benefits of our new microchips. The wonderful benefits of these upgraded microchips is that they will be automatically registered to the adopter as part of the adoption process!

That means:
🐱 No separate registration process
🐱 No additional initial registration expense
🐱 No worrying about whether the microchip was activated
🐱 Immediate identification and added protection from the moment your new family member goes home

A microchip can make all the difference if a beloved pet is ever lost. Automatic registration gives adopters added convenience, confidence, and peace of mind while helping our cats remain connected to their families.
Our updated adoption fees will be:
• Kittens: $140
• Adult Cats: $115
•Bonded Kittens: $235
•Bonded Adults: $170
The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, FELV/FIV testing, microchip, and of course lots of love and socialization.
This adjustment helps us continue providing responsible medical care and lifelong protection to every kitten and cat entrusted to us. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our mission to give cats safe, healthy, and loving futures. 💜🐾

Did somebody say girl power?? 😻
These three sisters are hitting the adoption floor on Saturday and can’t wait to find their forever homes from 11-3pm. At nine weeks old, they still have lots of kitten energy to burn and would get along great with/without other furry friends!
