I owe much of the knowledge and experience I have today to Malicen Sith & Savage Serpents . Allyson taught me so much, and I truly enjoyed every moment of working with her. I had the privilege of helping in the shop, and although not everyone enjoys cleaning tanks or feeding snakes, I genuinely didnā€™t mind it. Those handsā€‘on days taught me more than I ever expected.
Allyson also gave me the confidence to start my own business, which led to the creation of Natures Pods. My business is small and homeā€‘based, and I focus on the things I know best. Natures Pods offers Isopods, Springtails, Live Plants, Feeder Insects, and custom terrariums. I love creating natural setups, and Iā€™m always open to custom orders tailored to what youā€™re looking for.
I absolutely love talking about my isopods ā€” even if my boyfriend thinks itā€™s a little weird. As a stayā€‘atā€‘home mom, this business allows me to stay busy, happy, and connected to something Iā€™m passionate about. However, being a SAHM also means I donā€™t always have the time to advertise myself or my small business as much as Iā€™d like.
