The final phase of our parking lot construction is scheduled to begin soon. To allow the work to be completed safely and efficiently, Hillside Animal Hospital will be closed for two days.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding throughout this project. We know construction can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your support as we make improvements to better serve you and your pets. 🐾

Dr. Mahin recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and has already celebrated another exciting milestone, getting married! She and her husband recently made the move to the Coulee Region, and we are thrilled to have her join our Hillside family.

Meet Oscar! 🐾 He had his first puppy appointment this week with Dr. Harper and veterinary assistant Shelby, and we are so excited to welcome him to the Hillside family.

For many pet owners, opening your heart to a new pet after loss can bring a mix of emotions… joy, sadness, healing, and hope all at once. It’s a journey we have been honored to walk alongside so many families over the years.
Whether we have cared for your pets their entire lives or only met them briefly, we feel the weight of those goodbyes with you. And while no pet could ever replace another, there is something incredibly special about seeing love continue forward through a new companion.
Oscar’s family has trusted us with their pets through both happy and heartbreaking moments, and stories like theirs remind us what a privilege it is to be part of these chapters in your lives.
To all the families who have allowed us to care for your beloved pets through every stage of life, thank you. ❤️
