Trout came in for her annual exam with Dr. Wagner and Veterinary Assistant Shelby, and she made it very clear that she was here for the treats! 😋

Jackie has been a staple at Hillside for over 25 years as an exam room assistant. She is always ready with a warm greeting and smile. Jackie is punctual, prepared, and has excellent rapport with long time clientele as well as new clients and patients. Jackie has a true love of animals with several pets of her own (dog, cat, and bunnies!) to draw experience from. Her heart is always in the right place and I look forward to working with her for years to come.

Hannah has been an amazing addition to the Hillside team for the past 4 years. Over her time here at Hillside she has graciously taken on additional tasks such as managing the food inventory and helping the technicians with various tasks. She is always greeting our clients with a smile and friendly hello, and does an excellent job connecting with our patients. Hannah has special interest in some of the more unique breeds of cats and dogs, so much so she has acquired a small family of pets throughout her years here at Hillside. I look forward to working with Hannah for years to come.

We had a little kitten takeover at Hillside Animal Hospital today! 😻 This adorable crew of 14-week-old Scottish Fold and Scottish Straight kittens came in for their exams with Dr. Konrad and Veterinary Assistant Jackie.

Meet Gwen, one of Hillside’s dedicated veterinary assistants! Gwen is brilliant and is an invaluable team member. Her compassion for clients’ pets is matched with her extreme professionalism and high quality of care. Gwen has a particular expertise for handling even the most stressed pets in a calm and gentle manner. In her spare time, Gwen likes to attend music festivals & is an avid reader. Lucky for us team members at Hillside, Gwen is also an “out-of-this-world” baker who frequently shares her homemade treats. I cannot say enough good things about Gwen.
