Some of you may also know that she recently bought her very own farm, such a huge accomplishment! We are excited to share that she has opened up her farm stand at her new place, Benny’s shed! Good afternoon! There seems to be a suspected rabid skunk in town. Please make sure your dogs and cats are protected and have an up to date rabies vaccine! If you are unsure, give us a call and we will be happy to check!

🚨 KUTZTOWN POLICE SAFETY ALERT 🚨

Suspected Rabid Skunk reported in the area of Carriage Point Estates, Kutztown, PA

This morning, the Kutztown Police were dispatched to a suspected rabid skunk in Carriage Point Estates (map). We were unable to locate the skunk but were told it went after a dog and a person.

For Your Safety:
• Do not approach, feed, or attempt to capture the animal.
• Keep children away.
• Keep pets indoors or under close supervision and ensure rabies vaccinations are current.
• Avoid contact with any wild animal exhibiting unusual behavior, including aggression, staggering, disorientation, paralysis, or a lack of fear of people.

If You Have Contact with the Animal:
• If you or your pet are bitten, scratched, or exposed to saliva from the animal, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water.
• Seek medical attention or veterinary care as soon as possible.

To Report Sightings: Residents who observe the suspected skunk or any wildlife displaying abnormal behavior are encouraged to contact the Kutztown Police Department at 610-683-3545.

This sweet little lady is ready to find a family of her very own! 🏡🐱

She’s a spayed female, about 1 year old, and is up to date on her rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia vaccines.
But her best quality? She is EXTREMELY sweet and absolutely LOVES making muffins!

🥹🐾 Those little paws are always busy kneading away, especially when she’s happy and getting some love. 💕
