Only one week left before our next fundraiser. Raffle basket tickets can be purchased online by sending us a message.
Tickets are 1 for $2; 6 for $10; or 14 for $20. Just let us know how many tickets and which baskets. The Vollrath cookware will be a separate raffle with tickets at $5 each or 5 for $20. Hope to see you at Butch and Anne's Pine Grove.

We will have over 40 raffle baskets next weekend! (Thank you to everyone who donated 🥰.) We're working hard to get them all online by this weekend. Here is a sneak peek of a few we have so far. Keep watching for the full post.

The adoptions continued into early May. Brothers Milo (now Finley--orange) and Ryder (orange and white) have just finished up their two-week trial period and have definitely found their forever home! You'll see them in the pictures and may even see their new brother, Wedge, as well. Autumn is their new sister, but she isn't quite certain she needed more brothers!

Even though it takes a bit of time for new cats to get used to a new home, given time and patience, they not only accept where they are but never want to leave! Likewise, resident cats may feel a bit invaded (which is why we ask that new animals be put into one room as everyone gets used to the new "normal").

We are so thrilled for Finley, Ryder, and their new family! It warms our hearts to see another happy beginning! There are so many years of smiles and love in all of their futures!

Our first fundraiser of 2026. We have a couple medical bills that took us by surprise and could really use your help. If you could make a raffle basket for us, it would be greatly appreciated. Every adoption is different. After fostering for almost 20 years, even I get surprised now and then. Most cats typically take about two weeks to get settled into their new environment (for older cats, sometimes longer). Then there's these two! After only one week, they've already left their base camp and have the run of the house. They're even connecting with their two older brothers. They did come from a foster home with other cats so it was no problem for them. It appears that Leroy and Lucky have welcomed them with open paws. It's also obvious that their parents are totally smitten with them too. We love updates and happy endings!

Another day, another adoption! Brownie (now Bruno) and Fudge (now Maximus, or Max for short) are the first two from the Dessert Litter to find a new home. Bruno was making himself right at home while Max was a little more cautious (and ready for a nap). They even have two older brothers to play with, Leroy and Lucky, once they get settled. Congratulations!
