A Message About Our Team

Recently, we’ve seen comments suggesting that groomers should be judged based on where they previously worked or who they previously worked for.

At Paws, we believe people should be judged by their own actions, not by association.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for animal abuse, rough handling, or mistreatment of any pet. Every member of our team is expected to treat animals with patience, compassion, and respect. If they don’t, they don’t work here.

Several of our groomers have come from other salons over the years. What matters to us is how they care for the dogs standing in front of them today. We are proud to say that our team consistently demonstrates kindness, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals.

Many of our salons are open-concept, allowing pet parents to see what goes on during the grooming process. We have nothing to hide and welcome transparency.

We won’t participate in gossip, rumors, or assumptions about individuals. Instead, we’ll continue focusing on what matters most: providing safe, compassionate care and earning our clients’ trust every single day.
