Hello to all, I would like to take this opportunity and introduce my personal dog Olivia. We rescued her in 2010 as she was abandoned in our neighborhood. Fast forward to now, she has recently experienced a sudden onset of loss of muscle strength in her rears, and our vet is attributing it to severe arthritis. So I did a thing, in addition to our vets remedies I reached out to Dr. Hickey at Haven chiropractic, they had came by and introduced there services a few months ago to us at Bark.Place. Today was our first visit and evaluation, and Olivia had her first adjustment and some laser therapy as well. At 16 I am not expecting a cure for her, however, I am hoping for comfort and increased strength in her rear legs to regain some normalcy in her walking. So join me in following her journey as she will start with 3 adjustments to see what kind of results, then see where we go.
