🐾 Sometimes I notice little changes during a grooming appointment that weren’t obvious at home.

Not because anyone missed something. Life is busy, and when you see your dog every day, gradual changes can be easy to overlook.

During our sessions, I’m spending focused one-on-one time with your dog. That means I may notice things like changes in skin and coat condition, new lumps or bumps, ear irritation, mobility changes, excessive paw licking, weight changes, or even shifts in behavior.

Many times I’ve mentioned something to a family and heard, “I hadn’t noticed that.”

One of the things I value most about grooming is that it gives me the opportunity to really observe the dogs in my care. Sometimes those observations lead to conversations that help owners catch concerns sooner rather than later.
