My husband and I have wanted a freeze dryer for YEARS. We saved every nickel and dime and were finally able to purchase one!

We bought it mainly for emergency preparedness, but are excited to play around with it and make fun freeze dried goodies!

There may or may not be new things coming to the Farmstand in the future. 😉

Did you know we use freshly milled wheat berries in our sourdough bread? 🌾

Did you know our body needs 44 essential nutrients and fresh milled flour contains 40 of those?

Fresh milled flour is rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. You won’t find that in store bought bread!
