Today is World Mental Health Day and our cats are here to remind you that small moments of comfort matter. The soft padding of paws, the gentle clink of a collar, the way a cat settles in beside you can calm the mind and soften the heart. Cats are naturally therapeutic. They help lower stress, ease loneliness, and bring a sense of steady companionship that supports mental well‑being.

If you need a quiet place to breathe, reset, or simply enjoy the presence of a furry friend, visit us at Meowter Banks Cat Café. The cat lounge offers peaceful connection and the coffee lounge offers a cozy space for reflection.

🐾😻Fire Ant makes adoption #63!🥹😍
Fire Ant, aka Antonio Banderas, connected with his purrfect people and went to his furrever home! He enjoyed lots of cuddles, playtime, and met lots of new friends along the way. We are so thrilled to have met Fire Ant, and even happier that he is not with his new family who loves him heaps~! Thank you, Brenda Barks , for letting Fire Ant come to hang out with us for a short while 🩵

📷🤳It’s Save Your Photos Day, right in the heart of Happy Cat Month. 😻We love seeing the photos you take in the lounge. The goofy faces, the tiny toe beans, the surprise cuddles.
Today is your reminder to save those sweet snapshots. They’re more than pictures. They’re moments of joy with cats who love being part of your story.

✨ Adoptions 61 and 62 ✨
Today we celebrate Kiki and Bart, two incredible siblings who went to Brenda Barks through a TNR call. They were originally taken in to be fixed and returned to their colony, but their gentle hearts told a different story. With time, patience, and lots of love, they blossomed into social, affectionate companions who are now in their very own furrever home, together.💛🐾✨

This morning’s🐾Meowditation and Yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘 brought all the coastal calm today, with Andrea guiding everyone into a gentle flow. Our cats and kittens wandered through the room and shared so many good vibes. Cutie Pie, Sweetie Pie, and Velma even had their own peaceful moments.

We already had requests for another class, so keep your eyes out for a session for the seasons

🎉 Bonny is Adoption 60 🎉
Bonny found her perfect family, full of love and bright energy. We will miss her confident cat wheel strolls, but knowing she is truly happy now is everything. Happy forever, sweet girl. 💛🐾
