Congratulations are in order! 👏👏🎊🍾

This past weekend, Team Jyn traveled all the way to the west coast to compete at CPE Nationals and they did not disappoint!

Abby and Jyn walked away from Nationals with a first place run in Colors, Snooker, Full House and Wilcard, and were also the first team to get the jackpot. Not only did they have a blast competing, they also got to go on several adventures on their way to and from Nationals, including seeing the ocean for the first time!

This team makes me so proud! I value and cherish so much the friendship that has been “forged through dogs” with Abby. I smile thinking back to where it all started… At the time, I had a talented, focused and bubbly puppy. Abby had med school to survive. The timing wasn’t great. But the stars were already aligned. And look at them now! 🥰

This past weekend, at the Start June Cluster at Purina Event Center, Yukon picked up all three majors needed towards his Grand Championship by going Select Dog in a large, quality entry of Aussies all three days that we showed. Thank you Judges Charles Olvis, Vicki Seiler-Cushman and legendary Pat Trotter for pointing at my favorite red boy!

He also picked up his first two Qualifying runs in Beginner Obedience with two first places (scores in the upper 190s!) and finished his Rally Advanced title. He is loving this new game!

The second smallest of the swarm is Spring, at just over 3lbs at 4 weeks of age. She appears to be sporting two blue eyes. However, I don’t see them much, as she sleeps 23.5 hours of the day right now. But when she is awake, she is refusing to eat the softened kibble or raw venison/goat milk mixture, complaining it’s too hot or too cold. She is still convinced that mama’s milk is the only option. Alas, she has recently discovered the game of tug and the world of toys, and this may change her outlook on life! 😂😍

There is something about this boy that is very intriguing. He is sweet and social, but there’s a certain intensity and intelligence to him. At 4 weeks old, he is already very observant… but not in a cautionary way. I think he may turn into a handful 🤩

Queen was the smallest at birth and is still holding on to that title. She is still just under 2lbs at 4 weeks old. She is cute as she is sweet! She loves to be help and fall asleep in the crook of my elbow but the girl is also down for a game of tug. I will let her win until she is 3lbs, then it’s game on…💪
