Miles & Mazzy We are American Eskimo Dogs. We love walking our humans, sharing our ham and cheese with them, and letting them tell us how wonderful we are.

Yesterday mom made spaghetti with REAL meatballs. That's what daddy said. I'm not sure what a not real meatball is, but I'd be open to tasting it. I am a very open-minded dog when it comes to food.

Mom made a special batch of REAL meatballs for me without seasoning or onions (the round thing she hacks until she cries). Finally. A ball I understand. Balls aren't for throwing and fetching, they're for eating, if done properly. All those fuzzy bouncy balls that other dogs chase are probably what daddy means by NOT REAL meatballs.

Also-- noodles!!!

Noodles feel funny going down but in a good way.

Wanna see me eat it? Mommy stuck a camera in my face while I ate so you could see how much I liked my (second) dinner.

Our nice neighbor gave me this puzzle game and I love to "solve" it. Today Mom loaded it with cheerios and blueberries!

When I finished my puzzle, I was so proud of myself I pranced around and shot knowing glances toward the cookie jar. Because, you know. Good work deserves a good reward.

So here's the thing. I love cat p**p. I love sniffing for it, chasing it down, digging it up, bargaining with my human for leash space to pursue my treasure.

My nose is a wonder worker. I find cat p**p-- dried in the sun, exquisitely crunchy-- under innocent apple trees along sidewalks, beneath landscaping bark, nestled in overgrown grass...

My human gets in the way-- but the hunt, the chase, and the occasional triumph-- that she cannot impede. Every walk outdoors is an opportunity for the most exciting thing ever to happen. For me, that's cat p**p.

Daddy has been gone for almost a week. We miss him. And Mommy just teased us into thinking he would walk in the door. As penance, she had to console us with a lot of blueberries. See video in the first comments section below for adorable visual proof.
