Puppy Pepper(formerly Merry) found her forever home with the Elk Grove Police Department in Illinois. Police Services Administrator Bolor came to us asking if we had a 6-12 month old puppy we would consider donating for their new comfort dog / public relations dog program. The program is a wellness initiative created to support their officers during high‑stress situations, promote emotional resilience, and strengthen their connection with the community. The plan is for Pepper to roam the police station and spend time in every department. She’ll also be visiting schools, attending public events, and be available for any unforeseen need.
Deputy Chief Eisenmenger, Police Services Administrator Bolor, and intern Emily came to meet Pepper and were super excited. They said she was perfect and exactly what they were looking for — well mannered, calm, and engaging. Pepper is a first generation, standard size, labradoodle. Her low shedding and hypoallergenic hair will allow her to be close to most people with dog allergies. We are excited to be a part of this important new program and are thrilled the Elk Grove Police Department chose us to provide their newest member. 😊

Puppy Clover, renamed named Pete, now lives with his forever family in Zionsville, just north of Indianapolis, Indiana. It would have been a 9 hour drive round trip, we were able to fly Pete to his new family in 90 minutes. When we landed we taxied up to the jet center at Indianapolis Executive airport, and before we could get out of the plane, Natalie(8) and Ian(6) came running out of the building. They were followed closely by their parents, Jessica and Jordan. Everyone had the biggest smiles. We put Pete on the ground and he ran right up the them. A special thank you to Kirsten, Leslie, and Luke for being the best puppy nannies during the flight.

Puppy Cedar was not stressed one bit during the visit to see his doctor for an exam and second distemper shot. Cedar is a standard size F1bb labradoodle (87.5% poodle and 12.5% Labrador retriever).
He is a very relaxed and well behaved little boy, who is looking for his forever home.

We'd like you to meet Maya, who is available for adoption. She is a 24-week-old, standard-size, first-generation Labradoodle (1/2 poodle, 1/2 labrador retriever) - an absolute sweetheart. While we were taking pictures of the younger puppies, Maya wandered over and sat for pictures herself. She definitely understood the assignment. She's been a favorite around here since she was a young pup. She runs in and out of the house with all the adult dogs. Maya has great house manners, only chews on her toys, and goes potty outside. We go for nightly walks together after dinner, and she likes to snuggle on couch with us as the evening winds down. We think there’s nothing better than taking a nap with your new puppy. Recently, Jack’s childhood dog, Felix, of 11 years passed away. Yesterday, Jack came to our home to visit the puppies. Lucy (formerly Petunia) caught his heart. They left our place and headed to Franklin Grove, Illinois, to make new memories together.
