🦴 Behind the scenes at Andes-Straley! 🐾

Sweet Judy Garland is currently undergoing a TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) procedure with our surgical team.

TPLO is an advanced orthopedic procedure used to stabilize the knee after a cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) injury — one of the most common orthopedic injuries we see in dogs.

From anesthesia and monitoring to surgery and recovery, it takes a whole team working together to keep our patients safe and comfortable. ❤️

We’ll be cheering Miss Judy on as she takes the first steps toward getting back on all four paws! ⭐️🐾

We are thrilled to announce an exciting expansion of the surgical services available at Andes-Straley Veterinary Hospital! 🐾

We are now working with a traveling veterinary surgeon from Knoxville with more than 20 years of surgical experience, allowing us to offer a variety of advanced orthopedic, soft-tissue, and exotic surgical procedures right here in our hospital.

This means more surgical options for our patients without having to travel outside the Tri-Cities area for many procedures. ❤️

Services available include TPLO, fracture repair, exotic surgery and fracture repair, BOAS procedures, gastropexy, TECA, FHO, patellar procedures, and many additional orthopedic and soft-tissue surgeries.
