Attention clients:

For your dog’s comfort and coat health, please remove any bows before routine brushing at home. The bows are secured with small elastic ties and can easily be taken out and reinserted after brushing if you’d like to keep them in. It is YOUR responsibility for coat maintenance and mat prevention at home.

If a dog returns to the salon with a bow still in place from a previous visit and it has become matted into the coat, I refuse to place another bow. This policy helps prevent unnecessary discomfort and matting issues for your pet.

It’s officially busy season over here, and I’m so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you who trust me with your pups!!! My schedule is full and I’m excited for all the sweet faces I get to see!

New Client Booking Policy

Unfortunately, I’ve experienced a high number of no show appointments from new clients, which leaves gaps in my schedule that I’m unable to fill and results in lost income for my business.

To better serve my clients and protect my one-on-one scheduling, a deposit is now required for all first time appointments.

A $25–$50 deposit (depending on your dog’s size/service) will be required at the time of booking.
This deposit goes toward your dog’s groom total.

🚨Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations
🚨Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 24–48 hours notice

⚠️Clients who have not visited in 5+ months will be considered new clients and this policy will apply.
