We are incredibly close to opening, but donations would get us there faster. Unfortunately, my car was hit (no one was hurt), and is inelligible for driving for Uber until I fix it. So the funds that I needed for the last leg of this project are tied up.

There are only two steps left:
1.) Minor electric job (moving an existing outlet)
2.) Large trash hauled and dumped (from gutting the trailer)

I am happy to barter grooming or training services if someone has the tools or skills to help with these tasks. Until then, I will open faster the more of you come in for solo nails, or donations to my GoFundMe.

Thank you!

The Altered Dog (on Wheels) is close to completion. Nail day was a success. We are waiting for some silicone to set, and employee dogs will put the new shop through its test day tomorrow (the cobbler's kids have no shoes?).

Nail services are available again! I can do this mostly on-call until I am back to full-service. Please call, text, or message me, and i can get you in same day. Until we are back to full service, nail trims are $10 per dog. Regular price is $15, or $5 on our once-a-month discount day.

Follow us for more updates!

Part One: The remodel begins. I explain the plan as Xandir gives a tour. The Altered Dog (on Wheels!) coming soon!

By converting this camper, the remodel will take a fraction of the time, and we will be running soon!

Until I announce us going back to full service, we are still offering discount nail days. We will be at Neal-Butler Dog Park (corner of Bank and Jagerson) on September 6th from 2-4pm. $5 per dog.

Mystery Diagnosis: The Altered Mind" is now complete and available! Buy my book here (e-book and print are both available):

I have adapted it from the original version, which was an elaborate medical timeline for The Mayo Clinic. That version has served its purpose. This version adds more of a memoir energy to the original content. Reader's discretion is advised, with 22 years of misdiagnoses and dismissal before a resolution.

TLDR: I close my grooming salon the end of this week. I will reopen when I can, but will be doing Uber and Doordash until then. Between my health and waiting on beurocrats, the date is completely unknown at this moment. Please donate to get my shop back up and running faster.

Our monthly discount nail day is still on for tomorrow, 8/2 for $5 per dog. We will be at the same location as usual for this event, 1555 Northern Ave.

The next nail day is still as scheduled, but the location will be announced soon. We are in the process of moving my shop to my property, so specifics are to be announced.
