I also added a deep moisturizing and a neem based shampoo and conditioner aimed at helping skin issues or slow growing hair.

As always, I try to offer top notch brands without all the harsh chemical. Some of these might not make it long term so try em while I got em!

Happy Birthday 250th America!
Not only is it a big month for our country, but for my little shop as well. Canine Paw Spa is going into its 7 year in business and third year in my little shop at home. I am so blessed to have the wonderful clients I do! As a Thank You, all bananas will be upgraded for the month of July till I run out. Some are hand dyed by a local client. Just look how cute these kids are modeling some bananas 😍

Don't get the upgraded package? Thats not a problem, you can buy them separately for $2.

How how is the pavement? 141° on the asphalt and 123° on the cement. In the shade, the cement is still 98° Your pets safety matters to me!!

Please use caution, use your hand or foot ( with no shoes or socks on ) to check the ground. If you can not hold your hand there for 20 seconds or more, it is probably too hot for your dogs to go on a walk.
Dogs who are not getting brushed on a regular basis also run the risk of heat stroke. That hair that is made to insolate them and protect them from the weather, instead acts like a blanket. Imagine wearing a thick fur coat and walking around in the heat. That is what matted dogs feel like, their body can not control the temperature and they run the risk of heat stroke.

That one time we spent 4.5 hours to de-matt a huge Newfoundland. These days are a lot less magical and a little more routine since its just the dogs and I here. I miss the chaos and whirlwind of owning a crazy busy shop, but I am BEYOND thankful for these slower days. More time for cuddles, singing and getting to enjoy the time I spend with your dogs.
