🐶 Happy Tails Dog Spa is currently hiring. 🐶
Reluctantly, I am searching for someone to join the team and help out with customer service. The job duties will include ; Checking dogs in and out. Answering phones and returning messages to book appointments. Some cleaning that would include dog hair, p**p, p*e, etc.. ( They are dogs, it happens ) Helping team lift heavy dogs, must be able to lift 50 lbs with no problem.
You would come in contact with LOTS of dog hair. It's a grooming shop, if you are allergic to dogs or have asthma or chronic breathing issues, this is not the job for you. This a professional dog spa. While we love to pamper and spoil our furry clients, we do not simply " play with puppies all day ". Some of these dogs are nervous, aggressive, have behavioral or medical issues, etc. We take their care and comfort seriously so, please do not have the illusion that we sit in a field of clouds and rainbows and cuddle golden retriever puppies all day in the sunshine, we work hard for our clients and their dogs and it can be a dirty and exhausting job at times. Non negotiable requirements are as follows...
* You MUST be drug free and have a clean criminal background.
* You must be 21 years of age or older.
* You must be reliable.
* You must have your own transportation.
* You must love dogs.
* You must handle our clients in a professional manner with friendliness and compassion.

This is a fun, fast paced work environment with good pay and short work days which allows all of our employees to maintain their focus on their families and home life.
