🚨🌾 HAY THERE, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! 🌾🚨

So… our second cut orchard hay is on its way, and Greg should be rolling in around 3 PM! 🐴💚

We heard there was a slight delay because Greg had to make an emergency stop to negotiate a peace treaty between two angry squirrels fighting over an acorn. 🐿️🥜😂 We don’t have all the details, but we’re told the situation is under control.

PLEASE KEEP HIM IN YOUR THOUGHTS DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. 🤣🤣

The important thing is… SECOND CUT ORCHARD IS COMING, Y’ALL!! 🌿🚜💚

We are officially OUT of hay! 🐴🌾 Y’all cleaned us out faster than Greg can hook up a trailer! 🤣
BUT DON’T PANIC, FARM FRIENDS! 🙌 Greg will be rolling back in TONIGHT with a WHOLE TRAILER FULL of fresh hay! 🚜💨

So if your four-legged hay monsters are giving you the hungry eyes, hang tight! We’ve got more on the way! 🐴👀😂

Come on out to the swap! There is still plenty of time to come out to sell and buy. :). You already know that Greg bought stuff already. There are 8 FREE meat hens here! It is upsetting to hear about the violence happening at the Carolina Classic Fair. Times seem so different from when we were kids. Almost as if something fundamental to the spirit of gathering has been lost. We’ve been talking here at the shop recently, and remember when we were dropped off at the fair as kids and our parents told us to have a good time! But how many parents would feel comfortable dropping their kids off at the fair today?

It’s sad to read the news, but also reminds us of the importance of community-driven events, and what we are trying to build and achieve. We are starting small, but we are trying to capture that magic of a community coming together and creating a spirited and fun space for friends and family.

We have a bunch of ideas for future events, but we also want to hear from everyone! Are there any specialty events, or hobbies that could become a great event Twins could host?

A personal example of a hobby that some of us here at Twins enjoy are R-C Cars (remote control cars) racing. We have some friends who might be able to help us set up a race-track to race cars in the parking lot. But that’s just one example.

We are open to hear from everyone of a fun event they might want to share with the community, but might need a place to host!

WELL… Greg must’ve taken that just a LITTLE personally because he was texting me about it almost before the post had time to cool off! 💀🤣

And now? WE’RE HAVING A BAKED BEANS COOK-OFF! 🫘🔥😂
Listen, we were just trying to feed the community, and now we’ve apparently started a full-blown BEAN WAR.

🤠 We’re turning this into a whole DAY of fun with our SWAP DAY + BAKED BEANS COOK-OFF!

❤️🤠 WOW… JUST WOW. ❤️

We’re still smiling thinking about the incredible turnout at our Farmers Appreciation BBQ! 🐄🌾 What started as a day to show our appreciation for our farming community turned into something even more special than we could have imagined.

Every bit of food was gone, the crowd was bigger than we ever expected, and our hearts are FULL. 🥹❤️ Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new friends, and watching our community come together reminded us exactly WHY we do what we do.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone who came out, grabbed a plate, stayed awhile, laughed with us, and spent part of your day with our family. Thank you to everyone who helped cook, prepare, set up, serve, and make this day possible. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌🏼

At the end of the day, this was never just about the food. It was about family, community, and showing appreciation to the hardworking farmers who keep us going. 🌱🚜

😂🐷 Anybody checked on Greg lately?… he spent all that time making the pork, and everybody was too busy asking about Justin’s baked beans! 🤣🤣

Greg, we promise the pork was loved too… those beans were just hitting the spot 😂❤️
