We’ve pumpkin spiced things up here in King George County! 🎃

Go to kinggeorgecountyva.gov/KGpumpkins to vote for your favorite pumpkin! County departments and offices participated in a carving/decorating contest during their breaks and/or after hours this past week. The pumpkin with the most votes by noon on Oct. 29 will be declared the winner.

You can also check the pumpkins out in person, displayed outside the Revercomb Administration Building at 10459 Courthouse Drive.

Bragging rights are no jack-o-laughing matter, so choose wisely for all our sakes!

🐱 Kitten Food Donations Needed! 🐱

Our shelter is reaching out to our wonderful community for help! We currently have so many kittens in our care and we are in need of both wet and dry kitten food.

We are asking for donations of any brand, bag, or can of kitten food. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us continue caring for these tiny lives and we greatly appreciate it. Below is our amazon wishlist link that can ship the items directly to the shelter.

If you are unable to donate, sharing this post can help us reach others who may be able to lend a hand!

From all of us at the shelter, thank you for your continuous support, we truly couldn't do it without you!

Also, we have so many kittens/cats looking for their forever homes! Please come meet these sweet babies! 🐾🩷
