The equines are handling the heat wave very well here. They prefer the shaded trees over their run in sheds. Don’t blame them, when that breeze comes through it does feel good 😅 even if it’s for a split second.

With the heat wave hitting us these next couple days, the field boarders are enjoying their mid day hose down along with re-cycling their troughs to make sure they have cool water at all times. They are smart and know how to handle the heat

I have a limited opening for retirement board here at a private facility here in King George Virginia. Owner works from home and reside here. High quality care.

Includes:

▶️Hay 24/7 (regardless of lush pastures)

▶️Grain twice a day (3/4 feedings a day available to the rehab/seniors and hard keepers at no extra cost)

▶️Small herd turnout on large fields with run in.

▶️Separate mare and gelding fields

▶️ blanket changes and fly care no charge.
