A couple new policies…

New late policy is 10 minutes, this isn’t towards anyone. Lately if people are running behind they let me know, if I can make it work I will! I appreciate the communication. I am on a time line most of the day, so I can’t make everyone else run behind just because you’re late.

If you have an evening appointment I ask that you please do your best to be on time. Chances are I’ve worked all day already and I don’t want to work any later than I have too. I still have dinner to cook and things to take care of outside of grooming. ☺️

Missed appointments: From now on if you forget or miss your appointment (it happens) I’ll require full payment to reschedule. If you miss or reschedule less than 24 hours for that appointment, you will not get your money back. This prevents loss of income and time on my end.

Hey guys!! It’s summer time = busy time!! I am currently booked until the last full week in June. So I’d get on the books while you can.

July will have lots more availability as kid activities slow down,etc. I’ll have more evenings.
