Congratulations to those who have applied this cycle! My best advice is do not allow these next months to slide by. Start preparing for potential interviews. Understand the style used at the schools you have applied to. Practice!

Consider pursuing needed coursework to meet more school’s prerequisites and to raise a lower GPA. Add breadth and depth to your experiences, volunteering and extracurriculars so you are ready if you need to apply again. If you wait to hear about acceptances, you might not be thinking about these things until spring. Take action now!

Happy Decision Day!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has accepted a seat for the next chapter in their vet school journey! For those on waitlists, let the movement begin! You will see a lot of movement over the next two weeks, but do not lose hope if you don’t get pulled right away. You can be pulled into August!

If you are waitlisted, please work on your application for next cycle. Assume the worst and get busy. Then celebrate the unexpected if it happens! Good luck!
