Farm Mail is on the way. 💌📬

I love this part. Packing everything up, sealing the envelopes, and knowing that in a few days they'll be sitting in someone's mailbox waiting to be opened.

But I'll admit, this part makes me a little sad too.
I wish there were more.
More names to write. More envelopes to stuff. More little pieces of our farm heading out into the world.

This started as a tiny idea that I really, really loved—and I still do. There's just something special about real mail. Something you can hold onto. Something that isn't another notification on a screen.

So for now, these few are on their way. 🤎
And maybe we're working on a way to make that little stack a whole lot bigger.

The first ride on a new horse isn't about seeing how much they know.

It's about listening to what they're already telling me.

Where do they carry tension? Is their tack helping them or getting in their way? What happens when I use my aids—do they brace, rush, worry, shut down, or quietly try to find the answer?

None of those responses automatically tell me why something is happening. But they give me clues about where to start asking questions.

Because before I start changing a horse, I want to understand the horse I'm sitting on.

Good training isn't just getting the right answer. It's figuring out how to help that horse get there with more confidence, understanding and relaxation. ❤️

We currently have a couple of horses available for on-site lease to experienced/advanced riders looking for more saddle time and a horse to enjoy without the commitment of ownership.

These are not beginner lesson horses — we’re looking for confident, capable riders who are comfortable riding independently and interested in continuing to learn and improve.

✨ On-site at Lone Star Farm
✨ Indoor arena for year-round riding
✨ Great opportunity for someone wanting consistent saddle time
✨ Lesson/training support available
✨ Different lease options depending on horse & rider

📬 THE FIRST FARM MAIL IS ALMOST READY!

The very first Lone Star Farm Kids Club welcome packets are officially hitting the mailbox MONDAY! 🥹🐴💌

Certificates are being personalized, membership numbers are being assigned, maps are ready, and Oke has a whole stack of new friends to welcome to the farm.

And I have to admit… seeing all of this sitting on the barn desk makes this little idea feel VERY real. ❤️

Every new Farm Kid gets a special welcome packet before their monthly adventures begin — filled with their official Junior Farm Helper certificate, farm map, membership card, Meet Your Pen Pals page, first mission, a letter from Oke, & more.

The first stack mails Monday… will your kiddo's be in it? 👀📬
