FALL RUN STRIPERS!!!
Took a while to find what we were looking for today, but we found it. Stopped in a million bunker pods on our way out, not seeing much most of the morning. The amount of bunker around is insane compared to just last week. Kept it moving, and ended up stumbling upon an absolutely sick topwater blitz with no one else around. Got a few shots at them while they were up, then we were able to pick away on readings for the rest of the day. All fish were caught with either live bunker or shads. Here's a few pictures from today, check out our page for a video of the action!

Back at it tomorrow, going to be a bit breezy but we should be fine where we fished today.

Tough fishing tonight on our first night back out after some wind the last few days. Had high hopes after the blow and the moon, but the fish just didn't bite right tonight. Readings were very good on most drops but it didn't translate to bites. Was able to scratch one out but that's it. By the end of the night the wind kicked up hard against the tide and made for some very tough drifting conditions. The one fish we did land blew up a Stradic and had to be hand lined the rest of the way...😅 Just another reason why we only use Daiwa Corporation - USA !!!

Back at it tomorrow, if we got bites from a fraction of the fish we read we'd be in for a special night.... Going to happen at some point!!!

Daytime Stripers!

Out this morning for our first dedicated daytime bass trip. Was greeted to miles and miles of bait for the first time this year. Absolutely fantastic sign especially after this blow. Seemed like each pod of bait had a few fish on it. Had a handful of bites throughout the day seeing fish up to 47". Readings were very good at times but with the amount of bait around it was tough to get them to eat.

For the first trip of the season it was very promising. Sounds like fish are flying in from the east too. Only the beginning!

Sailing everyday for Stripers! Be prepared to fish with live bait, shads or diamond jigs!

Overall a very tough and mentally draining day on both our morning and night trips tonight. This morning saw good action on most drops but keepers were very difficult to come by. Really had to hit a million spots to put a catch together. Tonight's trip started out with great conditions but didn't see too many bites. When the tide switched it got rolly and the drift went to 0 with the hard E wind against the tide. Decided to take a ride to a different area that we haven't fished yet this year. Had to wait for the tide, but once we had it we saw a few bites. Pool went 47" and we saw our first keeper of the fall.

The combination of the moon and this blow coming up, it should really shake up this fishing. The nighttime bite should pick back up like we saw after the last moon. We should also see our first wave of daytime Stripers.... Hopefully...

With that being said, our next daytime trip will be focusing on STRIPERS and we will be STRIPER fishing everyday after. Be ready for everything. Diamond jigs, Shads, live bunker, or live eels. We'll be prepared to do whatever we need.

We are cancelled Sunday for both trips. Keeping an eye on Monday. Keep everyone updated!

Very tough night of fishing tonight! Weather couldn't have been nicer, but that was part of the problem. Absolutely 0 drift for the first half of the trip. Covered lots of grounds, hit lots of drops. Finally got a drift but it didn't make much difference. Lost a handful of fish throughout the night and landed one lone one to settle the pool. Readings were incredible at times, but fish were moving very fast. Also read lots of fish high in the water column, which is common around the moon. Fish are on the move, once they settle the bite should fire back up. Have a wind change, and the new moon tomorrow night. Last October's new moon produced a fantastic bite so we will see what happens! Going to be a night or 2 off after that with the incoming blow...

Absolutely beautiful October day on the seabass grounds today. Bounced around a ton of drops all morning seeing life on each but mostly shorts. Finally stumbled on a nice patch of fish and sat with it for the rest of the day. Non stop bites, tons of double headers. Bunch of beautiful keepers in the mix all around the boat. Would always like to see more keepers, but with how fishing has been we'll take it.

Tomorrow looks beautiful, and will possibly be our last Seabass trip of the season. We have some weather coming in Sunday that might push them out of reach.

Come on down and let's fill some coolers! Plenty of room on the boat tomorrow.

Beautiful night on the water tonight. Conditions were pretty good with the tide and a light breeze together all night. Had a few fish right away but it didn't last long. Took lots of looking to find some more that wanted to chew. Readings were good at times, just needed them to bite. New moon on Saturday should shake things up and move this fish around. Hopefully introduce a new batch as well🤞

Back at it tomorrow for both Seabass in the AM and Stripers in the PM.

As I write this right now, we still have a couple spots open for Friday night. Saturday night is SOLD OUT, and Sunday's weather looks no good.

Morning trips all weekend have plenty of room. Going to be our last couple Seabass trips of the year, don't miss your shot!
