Bryan and Harry having a dance-off at a primate sanctuary. 😂 We had such a fun day and laughed nonstop.
The primates here have been rescued from labs, circuses, and from people who — very stupidly — bought them as pets. Many are older now, and the volunteers jokingly call it a “primate nursing home.” They were incredibly social and seemed to genuinely enjoy hanging out with people.
We also danced and sang with one very cool parrot and taught him a little Devo after the concert last night. So if you happen to meet a parrot singing “Whip It,” that may be our fault. 😂 He learned “whip it fast” shockingly fast.
I’m also donating some trees to the sanctuary this winter, once it’s cool enough for the volunteers to dig them in. 🌴❤️
Such a special place doing really important work — with some seriously entertaining residents.
