FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR SANDY ❤️

Sweet Sandy needs our help. 🥺 Her family has had her since she was very young, but due to changing family circumstances, they can no longer care for her.

Sandy is about 7 years old, around 45 lbs, and believed to be a Lab/Husky/Schnauzer mix. She’s friendly with people, great with kids, and currently lives with another dog she has known her whole life.

Sandy hasn’t had much socialization with other dogs outside of her home and will sometimes bark/react when she sees them. Since we have not met or evaluated Sandy ourselves yet, we don’t want to put a label on her or assume what that behavior means.

If an interested foster or adopter has another dog, we would want to do a very careful, supervised meet & greet and take things slowly to make sure she gets a fair chance.
She does chase cats, so a kitty-free home would probably be best.

What we DO know is that this cute little face needs somewhere safe to land. ❤️ At 7 years old, Sandy deserves the chance to start her next chapter surrounded by love and hope!

Hi, I’m Lilly! 👋

I’m 10 months old, about 20–25 lbs, and currently accepting applications for a foster… but preferably someone who falls in love with me and forgets the “foster” part. 😂

A little about me:

🏠 Housebroken — you’re welcome.
🛏️ Crate trained — also, you’re welcome.
🐶 Good with other dogs —> friends = more fun.
🐱 Cats? No clue. Haven’t met one yet.
🦮 Leash walking? Listen… I’m 10 months old. We all have things we’re working on.
🙈 I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but give me a minute to figure you out.
⚡ And yes, I have puppy energy. Lots of it.

My dream home has a yard where I can run, play, get my zoomies out, and generally mind my own Boston Terrier business.

I’m cute, I’m young, I already have some very important life skills down… I just need somewhere to land.

So who needs a 20-something-pound little best friend with big ears, big energy, and a slightly questionable relationship with leash walking? 😂❤️

💔 In Loving Memory of Brad Martin 💔

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the loss of Brad Martin, a beloved member of the MarrVelous Pet Rescues family and one of the special people who along with wife, Joy Martin helped build our rescue into what it is today.

From the very beginning, Brad was there. He opened his heart and his home to over 200 foster animals, giving so many dogs a safe place, love, and a second chance. He was always willing to lend a hand, and there wasn't an event where we couldn't count on him to show up and support us. And if we needed something for an event, chances are Brad had it and was happy to let us borrow it! ❤️🐾

Brad's kindness, generosity, and gentle soul touched so many lives—not only within MarrVelous Pet Rescues, but throughout our entire community. His dedication to helping animals and his willingness to always be there will forever be part of his legacy.

We are truly heartbroken and will miss him more than words can say. MarrVelous Pet Rescues and our community have lost a kind, gentle, and truly special soul.

To Brad's family, we hope you find peace and comfort in knowing how deeply he was loved and how many lives he touched. We will miss you forever, Brad. Your legacy will live on in the hundreds of lives you helped save. 🐾❤️
