🪰💥 KVC ANNOUNCEMENT💥🪰
It's that time of the year again! These flat, round, circles [usually found in the fur-less areas] are NOT ringworm, but actually the result of a tiny, pesky fly called "no-see-ums" 😫 They begin to emerge in the warm weather and are commonly found in the grassy areas. Although these bites look scary, they do heal over time and do not require medical help. Mild discomfort may be seen.

PLEASE CALL US IF THE FOLLOWING ARE PRESENT
❌ raised or swollen rings
❌ moderate discomfort
❌ do not disappear after a couple of days
This might indicate something other than a "no-see-um" bite and could require medical treatment.

If you have any other questions, just give us a buzzzzzzzz 😅

Meet our March Employee of the Month, Lexie! 🌟 From humble beginnings as a YA student to a dedicated Veterinary Assistant, Lexie's growth has been nothing short of remarkable. She's not only witnessed our patients grow from babies to thriving companions but has also been instrumental in driving innovation and progress at our clinic. Let's come together to celebrate Lexie's achievements and the boundless potential she embodies! 💪
