This is Eros, he’s 5 years old and is an American staffordshire terrier and I have to rehome due to me changing environments, he’s been neutered and may need an update on shots. Eros is a really good dog but he cannot be with other dogs or cats, he does well with kids too but can get over excited by them. He’s super well mannered and knows basic commands. He has separation anxiety due to being raised during Covid but other than that I think he will thrive in any new home.

The Henry County Humane Society–Kewanee Chapter is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Animal Care Attendant. Employees may work day and evening shifts, including holidays and weekends. Hands-on animal care includes providing food, water, and exercise for animals, monitoring animal health, and cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the Shelter. Candidates must have a love of animals, should be motivated, outgoing, and willing to work. Must be able to lift heavy items. Experience in animal care a plus. Applications are available at the Henry County Humane Society- Kewanee during scheduled visiting hours.
