Never give up. She was missing for 78 days. The owners were located because of a decision they made when getting her spayed. They had a microchip placed.

Microchips really do help when your pet is lost! This beautiful tabby arrived at the at Kewanee Animal Control Facility with a microchip chip registered to the Sauk Trail Vet Clinic. With the help of Dusty at the Clinic we were able to reach out to the owner.

Update from Christina- She’s so happy to be home.

He found his way home! Thanks to everyone for keeping an eye out for him.

Please help us. He escaped while transferring him from a car to a kennel in the clinic parking lot. He was last seen east of the clinic. 107 E Mill St at around 11am 07/13/26.
