I actually remember to get a few pictures today 🙃

My friends Cooper, Chloe and Auggie would like to remind you to book your appointments in advance. (I’d recommend getting several scheduled at once) I’m fully booked until the beginning of October!

Quick little weekend getaway to the All American Grooming Show! Introduced my kids to the world of competitive grooming and came home with some fun new tools.

Quote of the day from my oldest daughter: “Mom, these are your people” 😆

I had the pleasure of grooming Sparkie today! Her foster mom brought her in for a bath and de-shed. Even though this was possibly her first grooming experience, and she was a little nervous, she did very well!

Sparkie is available for adoption through the Kewanee Humane Society. She is 6 years old and had been with her family since she was a puppy. Sadly, her owners both passed away within two week from each other leaving Sparkie with nowhere to go. Sparkie has been with her foster for two weeks now and she says she’s an amazing dog!

You guys are the BEST!!! 🥰

To keep my existing grooming clients on their preferred schedules, I've made the decision to take a break from accepting new clients at this time. We can still take on new bath dogs or dogs that require minimal trimming; just keep in mind we're booked out several weeks.

I'll reevaluate in a couple of weeks once my schedule isn't so tight.

I'd be more than happy to answer any questions, add you to a waitlist, or give recommendations to other amazing local groomers during this time.

Texting is preferred for a quicker response as I can’t answer calls when I have a dog on the table.

One of my favorite perks of owning a small business is having the option to close up shop on a random weekday.

Although today isn’t just any average Wednesday, I’ll be staying home to celebrate a special little lady’s 2nd birthday. 🥰
