Lucky Dog Daycare is a medium-sized daycare in Kettering Ohio that caters to dogs 30 lbs and below. Our facility offers both indoor and outdoor play spaces to keep our campers happy and comfortable during their daycare days. We wanted to give a shoutout to everyone here at the daycare who chipped in for our donation drive. Between the LD family, our friends, and others in our community, the response to our first drive was honestly incredible.

It was encouraging enough (plus made us realize we could do even more) that Becca and I started a separate page called The Cat Queue (TCQ) to organize future donation drives. While our name focuses on cats, we also plan to support mixed-species rescues that don’t receive the same recognition and support as larger/better known organizations.

We’re sharing our first TCQ post below if you’d like to see everything we were able to collect. (I’ll be posting future charity updates there as well.)

If you’re curious about why we started all this, we even put together a little website: thecatqueue.net.

Thanks to everyone who chipped in, we were able to collect 75+ cans of kitten food, 70 pounds of litter, 35+ pounds of dry food, treats, cleaning supplies, and plenty of other essentials!
(And then I melted trying to get it all packed into the car!)
