🐾 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY 🐾

As a small business, every appointment on my schedule matters. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time was reserved specifically for your pet and often cannot be filled last minute.

Effective immediately, NO-SHOW appointments will result in a $25 fee PER PET.

🐶 1 pet = $25
🐶🐶 2 pets = $50
🐶🐶🐶 3 pets = $75

All no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

I completely understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment.

Thank you for respecting my time, my schedule, and my small business. ❤️🐾

Our Business Trick-or-Treat is October 23rd, and we are now working hard on this year’s theme! 🍬🎃

But we’re not ready to spill the candy just yet… 👀

Here are a few hints:

⭐ This theme is going to be to infinity… and maybe a little beyond.
🤠 You might want to round up your favorite little deputies.
🚀 We have a feeling this year’s setup is going to be out of this world!
🧸 And remember… you’ve got a friend at Cozy Coats!

Think you know what we’re planning?! 🤔

👇 DROP YOUR GUESS IN THE COMMENTS! 👇

We can’t wait to see everyone for Business Trick-or-Treat on October 23rd! 🍭🐾🎃

There’s a snake in my… candy bucket?! 🤠😂
