As a locally owned practice, we know how much it means when someone chooses to trust us with their care. It’s also a reminder that supporting local should be something we practice ourselves. That is why we did our best to support local businesses in Keokuk and Washington counties last week during our celebration of Veterinary Technicians Week. While this list doesn’t include all of our favorite local spots, we try to support others throughout the year as well! ❤️
Local businesses help make so many community events and activities possible. Behind those contributions are hardworking people who care about the community we all call home.
That’s why buying local matters—and why advocating for it should come with action. From the services we hire to the supplies we purchase and the places we eat, we all have opportunities to keep our dollars close to home.
We’re grateful for the support our community gives us, and we believe in returning that support. When we ask our neighbors to choose local, we should be willing to do the same.
Let’s support the businesses that show up for our kids, our families, and our community—not just with our words, but with our business.
