Kim's K-9 West Michigan’s original interactive doggy daycare! Boarding and training services for generations! Kim's has been in the present location since 1996!

We offer several options in top notch obedience training, interactive daycare and boarding. Kim’s K-9 sets itself apart by implementing professional trainers who are intentional on introducing and reinforcing manners in our playgroups . Impulse control helps everyone enjoy their day. Our trainers will be practicing wait, back, spatial awareness, informal recalls and several other commands on and off the play floor that will keep your dog’s play as safe and fun as it can be! Happy 5th Birthday to Charlie!🎂

Charlie is a familiar face around here, joining us regularly for daycare and boarding, and he’s even spent time working with us in Day Training! This sweet guy is always happy to soak up some love, especially when it means snuggling up with his favorite people. 🥰

You can usually find Charlie hanging out with his friends in our Mighty Mediums room, searching for the perfect perch to sit back and watch the day unfold. He also brought some delicious birthday snacks to share with all his friends!🍪 We have a feeling all the pups might be heading home expecting this kind of special treatment every day now!😂

We love having Charlie as part of our Kim’s K-9 family and are so happy we got to celebrate his special day with him!

Help us welcome Rusty and Remi to our Bootcamp crew!🐾

🐶 Rusty, a Golden Retriever, is here to work on general manners, strengthening his recall, and learning to better regulate his emotions. We’re also working toward his future goal of off leash obedience!

🐶 Remi, a German Shepherd, is focusing on building a reliable recall, improving her walking manners, and learning her “off” command.

We’re so excited to work with these two and help them build the skills they need to succeed!💙

Congratulations to Kefur on graduating from her Bootcamp program and Ryder on graduating from his Custom Day Training program!!🎉

We are SO proud of these two and all the progress they’ve made!💙 Kefur has made a world of progress with her confidence, and it has been so incredibly encouraging to watch her come out of her shell. Seeing her grow and become more comfortable has been such a rewarding part of her journey!

Ryder has discovered that training can be pretty fun, too! From happily responding to “leave it” to sprinting back when called, it has been so fun to see his enthusiasm grow and watch everything start to click.

We couldn’t be prouder of these two and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next! Way to go Kefur and Ryder!!🐾
