As we celebrate this Fourth of July, remember that many pets experience fear and anxiety from loud noises.

Here are a few ways to help your fur baby feel more comfortable:
🐾 Keep them indoors in a quiet, secure room.
🐾 Play calming music or white noise to help drown out fireworks.
🐾 Offer their favorite toy or a long-lasting treat for distraction.
🐾 Make sure they have a safe place to hide if they choose.

-Keep your pet indoors more during peak pollen times
-Wipe your pet's paws and coat after outdoor walks to remove pollen
-Vacuum and dust your home regularly to reduce indoor allergens
-Consider using air purifiers or allergy-friendly bedding for your pet
-Ask your vet if your pet would benefit from an over the counter antihistamine or prescribed medication
