This month's spotlight shines on Norman, a very special pup who has worked incredibly hard and made amazing progress since joining the Paw by Paw family! 🐶❤️
Norman joined our Doggie Day School program in February, and from day one, he showed us just how much potential he had. When he first started, he struggled with reactivity around other dogs, particularly while on leash. Through consistent training, confidence-building exercises, and a dedicated family committed to his success, Norman began making remarkable strides.
One of Norman's biggest achievements was learning to stay calm, focused, and relaxed in a down-stay, even when surrounded by energetic dogs. He also developed appropriate greeting skills and became much more comfortable interacting with canine friends. As his confidence grew, so did his ability to navigate social situations effectively.
After graduating from Doggie Day School in March, Norman continued his training journey through our graduate group classes, and his owners have done an outstanding job reinforcing everything he's learned along the way.
Today, Norman is a happy participant in our Confident Canine Playcare program, where he continues to thrive and enjoy positive interactions with other dogs. 🎉
We are so proud of how far Norman has come. His journey is a wonderful reminder that patience, consistency, and teamwork can lead to incredible transformations.
