Goldie came in for her puppy exam and completely stole our hearts.

Those first puppy and kitten visits are about so much more than cuddles (although we definitely make time for those!). Starting veterinary care early helps give your new family member the healthiest start possible.

🐾 Regular puppy & kitten exams
💉 Staying on schedule with vaccines
🪱 Checking for intestinal parasites
❤️ Starting heartworm prevention as soon as recommended
🦟 Beginning flea prevention early
📈 Monitoring growth and development

Even very young puppies and kittens can be exposed to fleas, parasites, and other preventable health concerns. Getting them started on the right prevention plan early helps protect them as they grow.

Snow was an absolute sweetheart and did beautifully for the visit. Those tiny paws, curious eyes, and sweet kitten personality made it pretty hard not to fall in love! 🥰

Kitten exams are an important first step in helping our youngest patients get off to a happy, healthy start. We’re so excited to welcome Snow to the Chateau family and look forward to watching this little cutie grow! 🐾💗

Rocky was recently adopted from a rescue group and has officially found his perfect forever home!

This adorable boy was an absolute delight during his visit. Rocky has the sweetest personality, did beautifully for his physical exam, and we’re happy to report that he is a healthy, happy pup!

It’s easy to see that Rocky has found an incredible family who already loves him so much. We feel lucky to be part of his journey and look forward to watching him grow and helping keep him happy and healthy for many years to come.

LOOK AT ALL THESE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! Thanks to our amazing Chateau Veterinary Hospital clients, we have collected so many school supplies for A.C. Alexander Elementary School! ❤️ We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has already donated.

But we’re not finished yet! We’ll continue collecting supplies through August 31st.

Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day. Today, we remember the special pets who may no longer be by our side but will always have a place in our hearts. ❤️

Happy National Dog Day! We’re celebrating all the amazing dogs who fill our lives with love and plenty of tail wags!

National Dog Day is also a great reminder that so many wonderful dogs are still waiting for their forever homes. If you’re thinking about adding a new four-legged family member, consider adoption!
